New kids on the rock block SUNMACHINE have today released their sophomore single Spine. The track, which follows their debut release Who’s It Gonna Be, has already received radio airplay on Lionheart Radio, My Rock Radio, ERB Radio, and Radio Wigwam amongst others. Spine is the second track to be taken from their debut album The Nova Effect which is set for release on 27/9/23.
Spine is about questioning the all things you believe in, and having an identity crisis as a result. We all reach a point in life where realise that our time is finite, and we haven’t done everything we want to. Spine looks at how we face these ideas and can sometimes react in a self destructive way.

SUNMACHINE are an exciting new band from Cambridge formed early in 2023 who exude hints of Alter Bridge, Nine Inch Nails, and Green Day, and offer up heavy bangers along with more melodic ballads which straddle the heavy rock/prog rock boundary.
The band will be playing an album release show on 29th September 2023 at The Six Six Bar in Cambridge. Tickets are available here. A further tour is being announce next week.
