During the press conference, the Municipal President of Toluca, Raymundo Martínez Carbajal, highlighted the relevance of this festival as it is one of the 15 most important music festivals on the planet, for which reason “we are very pleased that they have chosen Toluca to host carry it out, we welcome you with open arms here at the Pegaso Center, one of the main strengths of our city, with 45 hectares ready to host world-class events.”

He also pointed out that there is an expectation that this festival will become a tradition and that Toluca will begin to be thought of as a capital city full of life and that, during the last two months, it has been visited by about 5 million people, which shows that it is in the best conditions to receive people and generate memorable experiences for them, since “we are interested, above all, that the city is seen as a cosmopolitan, cultural space and that we have a great diversity of things to offer “.

Martínez Carbajal affirmed that a government has to recognize all cultural expressions and support them so that they are done in harmony, so this festival “we see it as a great opportunity to celebrate, celebrate, and so that in conditions of safety and great care in every way, it becomes a party that can become a tradition”, since, he said, musical culture is important because it generates identity, unity and, above all, peaceful expressions of joy after a pandemic and difficult times.

The spokesperson for Hell & Heaven Metal Fest 2022, Julio César Arellano, explained that it is a pleasure to hold this eighth edition at the facilities of such an emblematic place as Toluca, State of Mexico, with an unrepeatable program, since more than 135 bands will come from countries such as Germany, Austria, the United States and Mexico, which will have more than five stages and, the novelty, that attendees will be able to camp.

In his speech, the general director of the Pegaso Dynamic Forum, Luis Manuel García Aguilar, thanked the municipal government of Toluca for working as a team and making a great effort, especially after the pandemic, to bring the festival; In addition, the necessary security measures will be in place so that the experience of the attendees is unique, with the supervision in the matter of state and municipal authorities.
