“Quieres Todo de Mí”, the new Von Dippel’s single.

The singer and composer, Von Dippel release her second single named ‘Quieres Todo de Mi’, that it’s a mixture of rap and rock music and promises to blow your mind away.

 

When we find ourselves dominated by an elite that wants it all, Von Dippel give her counter attack with a virus that it’s spread slowly, but, it revives to the dead themselves. This new single is a sign of that there is nothing left than to lose everything, even the demons that we carry inside.

 

‘Quieres todo de Mí’, it’s the second preview of her new album which will be out in October of this year via streaming in Santiago Horror Film Festival that will occur in the renowned store, Audiomúsica.

 

“Quieres todo de Mí” was recorded at “Gabelo Studios” in August 2021 by Von Dippel – vocals, Vicente Saiz – guitar, sax and Franco Gabelo – drums, bass, sequences. Franco Gabelo produced the music while Pepe Lastarria did the mastering.

With a touch of black humor and a funny story, the video has scenes inspired by the snuff subject (with short real films of murders, tortures, suicides, and others). It was directed and produced by the singer herself with her audiovisual production company, Lengua Verde, and it has the participation of the actor, Fabián Pizarro.

VON DIPPEL (pron. Fon Díppel) Von Dippel is the artistic alter ego of Paola Dippel, a prominent national singer and songwriter who was born in Concepción, and she began in music at the age of 17, she recorded a marked step by the band Malaseda (1996-2008).

Paola began a solo career at the beginning of 2010 based on the crudity of hard rock. In this way, the honesty of her lyrics acquires an exquisite melodic taste, with the power of riffs giving it an unprecedented transgression impulse.

After the success of the debut single “Mi Pesadilla” (2013), a battle cry of those who face their fears, in the words of her creator, it comes the premiere of the EP “Dentro del Espejo” (2014), a work whose concept addresses the hidden side of the human being as an individual. Two years later, “Una Puerta Más” shows a denunciation of child violence, as we can see in its respective video clip. And after the release of the single “Más allá del Sol”, he participates with his band in the festival Chargola Fucking Fest Femme (2017), where she shared the stage with a selection of outstanding national exponents.

While hard rock is the trademark of Von Dippel’s classic sound, there was a space for experimentation in “Las Promesas del jamás”, a duet with pianist Ro Duarte and where we find the most emotional vein, thanks to its beautiful arrangement of piano and voice. Meanwhile, “Más allá del Sol” is nominated for the “Single of the Year” category at “Escuchar” Independent Music Awards.

Thanks to the independent circuit where the name of Von Dippel will reach a big successful, because after the previous edition, the cover of his single “Drogas y alcohol” would be worth a new nomination to the awards “Escuchar”. A faithful reflection of the years of work with which his style achieves recognition, by the specialized press and those who follow his career for more than two decades.

2021 was an auspicious year, since the video “El Día de la Ira” was selected in the festivals “Somos del Sur” and, above all, “Santiago Horror Film”. At the end of that year, he published “Von Dippel en vivo Estudio Gabelo”, whose audio and video record shows the professional deployment of Von Dippel at the local and South American industry.

In May of 2022, Von Dippel edited the first single ‘Palabra Segura’ and in August, ‘Quieres Todo de Mi’, both as a preview of the new album.
