Final day of Rockville and it’s super hot and the sun is blaring. We get there a little later in the day around 330 ish and just in time to see a bit of Motor Sister, a band I never heard of but from what I heard in the parking lot was total rock n roll and to my surprise Scott Ian is part of, note to self check more of them out. I grabbed a water and ran over to the DW Presents Stage to catch Crobot. One of my favorite bands. They did not disappoint. Brandon has some of the best energy on the stage I’ve seen in ever. Period.

After several songs I walked over to the Official Rockville Merch Table to see what they had that I would love. Not much left on the last day but what they did have was super cool. I got a tank top that was very Floridian with the neon colors over black.

Right after that I ran over to the Octane Stage to check out the end of The Struts set. Very cool not so much my style but I get why fans dig them. Classic rock feel with that UK vibe and super cool cats on the stage.

Once I made my trek around the grounds I decided to settle back on the Bud Light trailer upper deck to watch The Pretty Reckless from what I decided was the best seat in the house. They were at the Space Zebra Stage. It was breezy and wonderful up there with some refreshing drinks and the sun. As always the rock goddess Taylor Momsen kills it with her phenomenal vocals and commanding stage presence and I was so stoked to see them live once again. Once their set was over I decided that since I had to be up at 1:45 am to return the rental car and catch my plane back to Home Sweet Home I would do one more loop of anything I missed then say goodbye to Rockville. As I passed through the gate I had a feeling of sadness wash over me but had an amazing time that I will never forget! Saw some amazing bands, got some music therapy and made some great new friends. Goodbye Rockville until next time…
